Minnetonka Outlasts Lakeville No. in Longest Girls' State Hockey Game

Laura Bowman scored at 4:29 of the 6th overtime to give Minnetonka a 4-3 win over Lakeville North in the longest game ever at the Minnesota Girls' State Hockey Tournament.

The win advances Minnetonka to Saturday night's Class 2A Championship Game against Hill-Murray.  Minnetonka is the 2-time defending state champion.

There were a record 115 shots on the goal in the game.  The game did not end until 1:03 am.
