Hazeltine National Golf Club Celebrates 50th Anniversary
One of Minnesota's crown jewels celebrated it's 50th anniversary Friday.
Hazeltine National Golf Club's celebration included players who won tournaments there. That includes the winner of the 1970 U.S. Open, Tony Jacklin.
They were also celebrating how much this course has meant for golf's exposure in the Upper Midwest.
Hazeltine's history is filled with seven major championships, including two U.S. Opens and two PGA Championships. Plus, U.S. women's and senior opens.
In four years it will host the 2016 Ryder Cup.
