Derek Earls hopes to play in the NFL.
He wasn't drafted and he hasn't been asked to report to an NFL training camp but he's hoping to get a call before the season.
Derek played at Waconia high school. He then played at a junior college in North Dakota and he started at linebacker for two years at Arizona. He led Arizona in tackles last season.
