In a clash of two undefeated football teams, Minnetonka beat Edina 28-27 on Friday night at Minnetonka high school.

Edina took a 27-21 lead late in the 3rd quarter on a 25-yard touchdown run by quarterback Ryan Meyer. Minnetonka regained the lead early in the 4th quarter when Adam Livingston scored his second touchdown of the game.

The Skippers defense did the rest. Raheem Brown had a clutch interception late in the 4th quarter that helped Minnetonka close out the game.

Minnetonka faces another tough test next week when they visit 6-0 Eden Prairie.
