Members of the Minnesota Lynx arrived at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Monday evening, returning from summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Seimone Augustus, Sylvia Fowles, Maya Moore, Lindsay Whalen and Cheryl Reeve were greeted by 200 Lynx fans thanking them for bringing back the gold medal in women's basketball.

"The fans here are amazing," Reeve said. "The support they give us is second to none. Whether it's winning a WNBA championship or a gold medal Minnesota fans always show the love."

"I love coming back home, because I get treated like it's a hero's welcome," Whalen said. "It doesn't get old and Minnesota fans are the best, hands down."
