North Polars Hockey Defeats Johnson Governors at Wild's New Practice Facility

The North High Polars defeated the Johnson Governors 6-2 Thursday night at the Minnesota Wild's new practice facility located in downtown St. Paul.

Polars scored three first period goals, including two from senior forward Jake Edmunds. However, the Governors scored two unanswered goals to cut the game within one in the third period.

North proved to be too strong though, finishing the game by scoring three straight goals en route to a 6-2 victory.
