The Minnesota Lynx celebrated their fourth title in seven years with a parade through the University of Minnesota. Over five thousand fans showed up to give the team support after Minnesota defeated the L.A. Sparks on Wednesday night, 85-76 in the deciding Game 5.

"I'm happy to be a part of this team, and it doesn't get old winning championships," said guard Lindsay Whalen.

"I'm happy for Sylvia Fowles. She deserves to win a title more than anyone. She played her heart out. I'm just really happy for her," wing Maya Moore added.
