Minnesota Wild general manager Chuck Fletcher announced Monday that forward Luke Kunin will miss the remainder of the season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee against Detroit Sunday.

He is expected to have surgery in the coming weeks, and his recovery time is expected to be around seven months, the team said.
