Twins DH Byung Ho Park Looking Forward to New Season

March 17, 2017 11:07 AM

Twins designated hitter Byung Ho Park was removed from the 40-man roster over the winter, and every team in baseball passed on him through the waiver process.

He's back with the Twins as a camp invitee, and is hoping to play well enough in spring training to be added back to the 40-man, and ultimately the 25-man roster that plays April 3 at Target Field vs. the Royals.

So far, so good. He has two home runs in spring training games.

KSTP's Joe Schmit is with the Twins in Fort Myers, and filed a report on Park.
