Butler Undergoes Successful Surgery

Timberwolves All-Star Jimmy Butler underwent successful meniscus surgery Sunday morning.

Butler will be sidelined indefinitely after injuring the knee in Houston on Friday night. He was averaging 22.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game this season.

The operation was performed by Team Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Diane Dahm at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
