Gopher Rowing Team Prepares for Big Ten Championships

While Gopher fans have bought-in on the new "Row the Boat" mantra that's sweeping campus, the U of M's rowing team reminds everyone they've been "rowing the boat" for years.

"We love 'Row the Boat', said rowing coach Wendy Davis. "But for us it's 'Row the Boat harder'!"

Davis' team heads to Indianapolis for the Big Ten Conference Championship races this weekend with teams competing in several different races.

They'll enter boats in the first and second varsity 8, the first and second varsity 4 and a novice 8 boat.
