Web Extra: C-D-H Boys Hoops Moves on to State After Win Over Tartan

The 4-seed in section 4AAAA boys hoops, Cretin-Derham Hall, is moving on to the state tournament after a 76-72 win over 3-seed Tartan in the section championship.

KSTP Sports was at the game in Hastings, and has extended highlights.

The Raiders are led by junior big man Daniel Oturu, a Gophers verbal commitment.

Tartan has a big-time guard in Jordan Horn, who will play at D-1 Siena next year.

Maple Grove and Apple Valley also clinched spots on Thursday night in the 4A state tournament next week.
