Former GOP Chair Downey Likely to Announce Gubernatorial Intentions Monday

Former Minnesota GOP chair Keith Downey will hold a news conference Monday where it's expected he'll make an announcement regarding whether he plans to run for governor.

The news conference will be at 10 a.m. on the steps of the Centennial Office Building in St. Paul, according to a release.
