At Issue: May 21 - Legislative Deadline Nears at State Capitol

It is crunch time at the State Capitol with less than two days for lawmakers to pass a two-year budget agreement. But it's looking more and more like they won't make that deadline, meaning a special session will be needed to pass a budget.

Tom Hauser sits down with both Gov. Mark Dayton and House and Senate leaders to discuss where budget negotiations stand and what it will take to reach a compromise with just hours left in the legislative session.
