President Trump Makes Visit to Duluth

President Donald Trump made his first visit to Minnesota this week since taking office. He held a rally in Duluth Wednesday, where he talked about the economy, mining and jobs. More than 8,000 supporters packed into Amsoil Arena to hear the president speak. Plenty of opponents also rallied around the city, as well.


Earlier in the day, Trump signed an executive order to keep immigrant families together while they're detained at the U.S.-Mexico border. It reversed a policy change his administration started enforcing more strictly just a few months ago.

Jim Newberger, Republican U.S. Senate Candidate, in Studio'

Republican Jim Newberger is challenging Amy Klobuchar in this fall's U.S. Senate race. Newberger is a three-term state representative from the Becker area. He is also a paramedic. Tom Hauser sat down with Newberger to discuss why he's running for U.S. Senate and the issues he's focusing on in his campaign.
