16-year-old Drowns in Roseville Lake
The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office has identified a teenager who drown in Lake Josephine Saturday night. They say 16-year-old Anthony Yang was swimming with family members at the Roseville lake when he went under around 7 p.m.
Lifeguards were performing CPR when the Ramsey County Water Patrol and paramedics arrived at beach off Lexington Avenue. They say the teen was unresponsive. He was transported to Regions Hospital in St. Paul where he died within minutes.
