Former radio host Jeff Dubay faces year in jail
Forty-one-year-old Jeff Dubay of Plymouth will be sentenced July 21 for felony fifth-degree drug possession. Sentencing guidelines call for a year in jail. Dubay was a morning-show host at KFAN-AM, but was fired after he was charged in mid-October. He was sent to a yearlong diversion program and could've had the charge dismissed, but he flunked out of the program. He got a second chance in Substance Abuse Court in March, but was disqualified after testing positive for cocaine 12 times. He also failed to report for 11 drug tests since January.
