Authorities say a vehicle went through the front door of a credit union in West St. Paul on Monday.

The Dakota Communication Center says the crash happened on the 1700 block of Robert Street South around 11:36 a.m., which is the site of Ideal Credit Union, formerly known as the St. Paul Postal Credit Union.

There were reports of injuries, but the extent is unclear at this time. Witnesses say the fire department and medical personnel were on the scene.

An official with the Dakota Communication Center says the situation is under control and crews are working to clean up the area.
