2 Bicyclists Injured in Hit-and-Run near Stillwater, Police Look for Driver

Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that hit two bicyclists near Stillwater on Saturday night, seriously injuring a 35-year-old woman.

The incident happened at 11:52 p.m. at 14560 60th Street North in Oak Park Heights.

Thirty-five-year-old Mai D. Yang of Minneapolis and 37-year-old E. Xiong were heading west when they were hit by a motor vehicle, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Yang was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul with serious injuries, the State Patrol says. Xiong was also taken to Regions with non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle left the scene of the crash. According to the state patrol's website, there are currently no leads on the driver.

The Oak Park Heights and Stillwater police departments are assisting.

No further information is available at this time.
