A 21-year-old Mankato man facing murder charges for the deaths of two people has been arrested in Chicago Monday after being on the run over the weekend.

Tyler Caputo is accused of supplying a synthetic drug that killed 17-year-old Chloe Moses and 22-year-old Louis Folson in separate incidents in March.

Caputo was considered to be on the run after he didn't appear for a hearing last Friday. A warrant had already been issued for his arrest earlier this month after he skipped three drug tests.

Family members had told investigators he traveled to Chicago, and possibly Ohio. Under conditions of his release, he's not allowed to leave Minnesota without permission.

The Mankato Free Press reports Caputo was found at his grandmother's house Monday morning in a northwest suburb of Chicago.

He is currently awaiting an extradition hearing and then is expected to be brought back to Blue Earth County.
