Two separate crashes involving semis are causing major traffic delays across the metro Thursday night.

The exit ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to Interstate 394 in Minneapolis closed because of an overturned semi trailer, according to MnDOT.

Expect delays overnight in the area.

A crash on Interstate 35W southbound in Bloomington backed up traffic for several hours. According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the crash happened at the 106th Street exit. Traffic was getting by on the shoulder.

At the peak, traffic was backed up all the way to Interstate 494.

There has been no word on any injuries.
