Wisconsin Officer Out of Jail After Domestic Disturbance Arrest

A New Richmond, Wisconsin, police officer faces domestic disorderly conduct and domestic battery charges.

Officer Tony Milliron was arrested the night of July 10 in St. Croix County after police were called to a domestic disturbance in Roberts, Wisconsin.

Milliron later posted bond and is no longer in custody. New Richmond Police Chief Mark Samelstad says Milliron has been placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation.

Milliron is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 4.
