Fourth of July parades were held in communities across Minnesota.
Forest Lake had a very special grand marshal for their parade.
Ninety-two-year-old Clint Fladland graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1938. He served as a fighter pilot in World War Two and the Korean War. Fladland got married, raised four children, and has lived a long happy and healthy life.

Fladland lost his wife last year after 64 years of marriage. He has eight grand children and two great grand children
