A 30-year-old man wanted for homicide in Grand Forks, North Dakota, was arrested in St. Paul on Saturday, according to police.
Police have been looking for Delvin Shaw in connection with the death of 24-year-old Jose Luis Lopez, ABC affiliate WDAY reports. Lopez was shot and killed at his Grand Forks apartment early Tuesday.
Police had advised the public to not approach Shaw, as he was considered to be armed and dangerous. The North Carolina native has a list of offenses that include kidnapping in the second degree, breaking and entering, larceny and a number of firearm-related charges.
He was taken into custody by St. Paul police without incident after he was barricaded on the 800 block of Marion Street on Saturday, police say.
Another person suspected of burglary and conspiracy to commit murder in the Lopez case was arrested Wednesday in Grand Forks on an unrelated charge, WDAY reports.
