The Taste of Minnesota will return after a four year hiatus, but at a different location.
After discussions with many venues throughout Minnesota, event organizers have decided to relocate the festival to the Carver County Fairgrounds in Waconia.
The festival's return was in jeopardy after significant flooding at Harriet Island in St. Paul.
Taste of Minnesota will be held July 3-6 and will feature more than 100 menu items from 24 food and beverage vendors and performances from 29 musical acts. Headliners include Soul Asylum, Starship, Halestorm and Joe Nichols.
Fireworks displays will take place nightly at 10:20 p.m.
Festival admission is free until 3 p.m. daily. After that, admission is $10, which includes $5 worth of tickets that can be redeemed for food and beverages at the festival.
The festival is free for kids 12 and under, as well as for those with a military ID on July 4.
