I really get excited when I come across martial arts films that I have never seen before.  Especially, when there are a bunch of them in one set.

I just recently watched Shout Factory’s “Martial Arts Movie Marathon” and I loved it.
“The Martial Arts Movie Marathon” has four films on two DVD’s and they are films I had never seen before.

On one DVD you get “Manchu Boxer (1974)” starring Chi Chu Chin, Piao Ho and Sammo Hung and “The Skyhawk (1974)” starring Tak-Hing Kwan, Nora Miao, and HSiung Choa .
The other DVD includes “The Association (1975”) starring Yu Byong, Niu Tien and Angela Mao Ying and “Dragon Tamers (1975)” starring Chuan Chen, Chi Chu Chin, and Keiko Hara.

The four films are full of nonstop action and fighting.  I thought they all were very exciting to watch and also very entertaining.  The fights are very well choreographed and look great.

One thing that I thought was pretty cool about the “Martial Arts Movie Marathon” is that you could watch the theatrical trailer for each film and you can also watch each film with a dubbed English audio track or in its original Mandarin audio track with English subtitles.

I really enjoyed Shout Factory’s “Martial Arts Movie Marathon” a lot and I know that fans of martial arts films should check this out.  I would bet that most martial arts movie fans have never seen these four films before and they are worth checking out.
