Driver in SD Falls Asleep, Rolls Beer Truck

A truck driver is recovering after rolling a beer truck on Interstate 29 in South Dakota Wednesday.

According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, the driver was north on the interstate near Summit when he fell asleep behind the wheel, drove off the road, rolled and spilled cases of beer into the center median.

The driver was wearing his seatbelt and received serious non-life threatening injuries, according to the highway patrol.
