The 10-year-old boy who snuck past Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport security onto a flight to Las Vegas last summer is back with his family.
The boy was 9 years old at the time he stowed away on the Vegas flight on Oct. 3, 2013.
He’s been living in a juvenile facility since then. That's after his parents pleaded for help with the boy's behavior.
A Hennepin County district court judge determined on Wednesday the boy is ready to live at home
The court will continue to watch the situation.
