The New Brighton woman accused of encouraging her husband to shoot their neighbors in a long-running dispute over deer feeding is expected to be in court Thursday.
Fifty-year-old Paula Anne Zumberge has been charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting attempted second-degree murder.
Zumberge's husband, 57-year-old Neal Zumberge, is charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
Prosecutors say he killed his neighbor, Todd Stevens, and wounded the man's girlfriend, Jennifer Cleven, after Cleven called police on Zumberge's adult son - who days earlier had allegedly accused the couple of giving Neal Zumberge Lyme disease by feeding deer in their yard.
