Minneapolis will learn later this month if its efforts to host a Super Bowl were enough to convince the NFL.
The league's owners will vote on the site of Super Bowl LII on May 20 at its spring meeting. The Vikings are hoping to host the 2018 game after tentatively opening its new stadium in 2016.
Minneapolis is competing against Indianapolis and New Orleans for the right to host the game.
The vote will be closed to the public, but NFL Network plans to carry the vote live on television.
