Charges could come against the parents of a 9-year-old boy who was found wandering around a bar late Friday night in Eagan.
The boy told investigators he was left home alone for more than an hour while his parents went to go drink, police said.
Police were called to Casper's Cherokee bar and restaurant shortly before midnight.
The boy had walked around Cliff Road and Nichols, police said.
Police said one of his parents had been at the bar before, but had left when the manager paged them.
The boy was temporarily in foster care following the incident, police said. It is unclear if he is in the care of his family or the state at this time.
