A 59-year-old Litchfield woman had to be rescued after her truck rolled into a water-filled ditch Tuesday night, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The incident was reported around 5:45 p.m. near Highway 7 and 200th Street.

Sgt. Jesse Grabow says Debra Decker was able to keep her head above water while trapped in the vehicle until she was rescued.

Decker was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the state patrol.

Grabow says road conditions were snowy and icy.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
