Police Identify Woman Who Allegedly Shot Daughter in North St. Paul

A warrant was issued for a woman accused of shooting her daughter in North St. Paul over the weekend.

Police say 35-year-old Tonya Raleigh shot her daughter in the leg during a domestic disturbance on Sunday morning. The incident happened around 4:40 a.m. at an apartment complex near 12th Avenue and McKnight Road, according to North St. Paul Police.

Police entered the apartment but didn’t find Raleigh.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
