Through the night talented ice sculptors have been putting the final touches on their carvings for this competition Saturday for the 2014 St. Paul Winter Carnival.
Carvers had 48 hours to transform 20 blocks of ice into a master piece, which were set to be judged Saturday.
Jennifer Tamburo, the festival chair, stopped by KSTP to talk more about what the event and what’s new this year.
