Investigators have found suspicious devices at the site of a home explosion where one man lived near Wausau.
Marathon County sheriff's officials say those devices have been "taken care of" and the scene is now safe. Investigators declined to elaborate on the devices.
Officials say the house exploded around 6:45 a.m. Thursday northeast of Wausau.
WAOW-TV reports authorities do not know if the homeowner was inside at the time of the explosion, but say they have not been able to locate him.
A bomb squad and a state fire marshal were called to the scene.
