Slippery road conditions are being reported all over the metro Tuesday morning.

Across the Twin Cities, state troopers handled 183 crashes with 13 injuries. There were also reports of 66 vehicles spun out or off the road between 5 and 10 a.m.

Sgt. Brad Ramthun with Eagan Police Department tweeted there are “black ice road conditions all over, drive under posted speed. “

He said there have been reports of at least 11 crashes and vehicles in the ditch as of 11 a.m. Tuesday morning in Eagan. He said the bigger problem areas were seen on Diffley and Cliff roads.

Ramthun said you should give yourself extra time when traveling.
