A judge found a substitute teacher guilty of abusing four students last December.
According to the Office of the Hennepin County Attorney, the judge said the evidence proved 60-year-old Laura Avery kicked one student in the shin, pulled hair and slapped another, grabbed the neck of a third and pinched the shoulder of a fourth.
The abuse happened at Bloomington Elementary School.
The judge did not set a date for sentencing. A judge said evidence also proved Avery yelled, swore and threatened the kids.
