After the morning rush, passengers at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport were cruising through security without any major problems. Airport spokesperson Patrick Hogan said the flight delays on the East Coast and other parts of the Midwest haven't had a big impact on flights at MSP.

The Bernardez family was headed to Brazil Monday morning, and told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS "We were expecting a lot of people to be here, but so far so good."

The Jelinik family is headed to Southern California and had a bit of a problem with their reservation. The family of four was spread throughout the plane, but after a few changes they were ready to go. "We were really surprised that the airport isn't more full than it is today. We got right in and talked to the gate agent and security looks pretty open."

This is the first year of the Airport Foundation's Navigator. Dressed in bright green, the volunteers are stationed throughout the terminal to help passengers get where they need to go.
