Shipping Companies Say They Are Prepared for Winter Storms

New storm fronts are powering up, threatening to up-end holiday travel plans for many American families. It is also threatening which presents make it under the tree in time for Christmas morning.

FedEx is planning to shipping 22 million packages and UPS is hauling 34 million nationwide.

FedEx says they've been preparing for this storm since last week and will be re-routing tens of thousands of packages. 

They have 333 plane de-icers, one for every two plants. They also have a  control room full of 15 meteorologists, many of them former military, who are providing updates around the clock.
