Two suspects were arrested after a man was found dead in an Annandale home.
Police Chief Jeff Herr says officers were called at about 8 a.m. Saturday to the home on Poplar Avenue North, where they found 42-year-old Kyle Greene's body. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death a homicide.
On Sunday, 19-year-old Tyler James Fisher of Annandale and 19-year-old Samara Leigh Juhl of Otsego were arrested. Fisher is facing second-degree murder charges and Juhl is facing aggravated robbery charges.
The Annandale Police Department and the Wright County Sheriff's Office are investigating. Anyone with information about Greene's death is asked to call Annandale Police or the Wright County Sheriff's Office at 763-682-1162.
The family of Greene sent the following statement:
The family of Kyle Greene would like to thank those who expressed their condolences and offered their prayers and well wishes for our beloved family member. We will not give interviews as we wish to cooperate with the Annandale Police Department and the Wright County Sheriff's Office, as well as any assisting law enforcement agencies, in their ongoing investigation. We recognize that in our small community where people care about each other, it is natural to try and get answers to make sense of any tragedy. We are learning that you simply cannot make sense out of a senseless tragedy like this. We thank everyone, especially the media, for respecting our privacy and allowing us to grieve and heal as a family during this very difficult time.
