Dayton Seeks Suggestions in 'Unsession'
Gov. Mark Dayton
Gov. Mark Dayton wants your ideas to make the government work better for you.
The brainstorming initiative is called the “unsession,” and already dozens of Minnesotans have voiced their opinions online.
Some are asking for a basic life skills class in kindergarten through 12th grade to help students with life after school. Others want liquor sales to be legal on Sundays. One person would even like to see an annual bi-partisan bake sale where the proceeds would fund an issue all parties agree on.
