High River Levels Cause Problems on Mississippi
Heavy rain has caused rivers to rise and it's created problems on the water.
Lock and dams along the Mississippi River in the Twin Cities are closed to recreational and commercial traffic because of the fast current.
The US Army Corps of Engineers says high water on Mississippi River has become a trend over the last few years.
Water levels are dropping on the Mississippi and the Army Corps of Engineers hope to have the lock open to traffic next week.
