Shoreview Woman to Police: I'll Use Your Skin as Bread
A Shoreview woman has been charged after allegedly saying she was going to murder several police officers and “use their skin as bread.”
Lino Lakes officers were called to a home on White Pine Road around 7:56 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, after a man said an intoxicated woman followed him home. The caller told police the woman had been driving so he took her car keys away.
The woman was identified as 28-year-old Rachel Lyn Huntzicker of Shoreview, and police say she admitted that she had been drinking.
As officers were arresting her, Huntzicker allegedly started screaming and kicking at the officers, eventually kicking one of them in the head.
According to the criminal complaint, Huntzicker also told an officer she was going to murder her and dismember her, adding she would “use your skin as bread.”
Huntzicker has been charged with making terroristic threats, second-degree DWI, third-degree DWI, and obstructing the legal process. If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison and $10,000 in fines on the terroristic threats charge and up to one year in prison and $3,000 in fines on each of the other charges.
She was also previously convicted of a DWI in 2009.
