Driver Arrested for Drunk Driving in Wrong-Way Crash
The driver involved in a wrong-way crash, that closed a part of I-94 at Lowry Avenue North overnight, has been arrested for drunk driving.
The three-car collision happened just after midnight Sunday and closed the eastbound lanes of the interstate.
Two victims were taken to the hospital with only minor injuries.
The State Patrol said the driver was leaving downtown Minneapolis and got onto the wrong on-ramp.
