Police Search for Hit-and-Run Driver in Minneapolis
A man was killed early Saturday morning from an apparent hit and run.
Police responded to a 911 call about the crash just after 2:30 a.m. at 32nd Street East and Snelling Avenue South, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.
The caller said a man was lying in the street. Police believe the 42-year-old man was hit by a vehicle due to the nature of his injuries. Paramedics took the man to Hennepin County Medical Center with injuries. He died a short time later.
The victim's identity was not immediately revealed by police.
