Wild Horses for Adoption in Randolph, Minn.

The Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management is making 40 wild mustangs and five burros available for adoption.

The adoption will take place at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 23 at the Simon Arena, Twin Cities Horse Sales, 29100 Harry Ave. in Randolph, Minn.

The BLM removes horses from the wild to help the remaining heard sustainable.

The cost is $125 for a horse up to three years old, and $25 for horses older than three.
