Trial Date Set for Mpls. Father Charged in Son's Shooting Death

A Minneapolis father will go on trial after one of his sons accidentally shot and killed his younger brother.

Hennepin County prosecutors set May 20 as the trial date for Kao Xiong.
    
He's charged with second degree manslaughter and endangerment of a child.

Prosecutors say Kao's four-year-old son shot and killed his two-year-old brother back on Dec 5.
    
A criminal complaint says multiple loaded guns were found in the home.
