Queen to Sign Equal Rights Declaration

The Queen of England is supporting equal rights for billions of people.

She's signing a declaration Monday that takes a stand against discrimination. It's believed to be the Queen's first sign that she supports gay rights.
    
The queen will also show support for new laws giving equal rights to girls in the royal succession line.
