Snow, Cold Create Tough Conditions on Twin Cities Roads

A burst of snow and frigid temperatures combined to create some treacherous conditions on the roads Friday night for anyone traveling around the Twin Cities.

At 10 p.m., Traffic Management Cameras showed some roads with slow, backed up traffic typical of rush hour.

Spin outs, crashes and slow travel times were reported across the metro area.
