Attorney for Wis. Dad Not Pursuing Insanity Defense, for Now

The attorney for a River Falls, Wis., man charged with killing his three daughters will not pursue an insanity defense, for now.

The attorney for Aaron Schaffhausen was facing a judge's deadline Friday for entering a not guilty plea based on insanity.

The public defender  says he let the deadline pass because he has not seen enough forensic evidence in the case.

Schaffhausen is charged with the murders of his three daughters back in July.
